Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Investment Administrator / Analyst to support investment operations, focusing on bonds, ISAs, and PEPs. You’ll act as a senior point of contact, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  * Oversee bond transactions, valuations, settlements, and reconciliations
  * Manage ISA & PEP records, transfers, and compliance checks
  * Produce reporting, MI, and analysis
  * Support audits and regulatory requirements
  * Liaise with custodians, fund managers, and internal teams
  * Handle complex queries and escalations
Requirements
  * Strong investment administration / operations experience
  * Knowledge of bonds, fixed income, or gilts
  * Good understanding of ISA & PEP regulations
  * Financial services background
  * Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
