We’re working with a successful and growing company that’s looking to hire a Senior Invoicing Specialist to join their finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced billing professional who understands the pace and complexity of project-based and contract billing.
The Role:
* Lead on the preparation and processing of high-value project and contract invoices
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements and retention terms
* Liaise closely with project managers, commercial teams, and external stakeholders
* Track billing schedules, monitor outstanding payments, and support credit control
* Contribute to monthly reporting and support finance with revenue recognition
* Identify opportunities to improve invoicing processes and reporting tools
About You:
* Experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable
* Solid understanding of applications for payment, and contract terms
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with finance/ERP systems
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels
