Job Description

IT Support Engineer required to support internal users across 2nd & 3rd line. The company are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to support their head office and client sites with a range of IT issues.

Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of a small IT team, this role is well suited to someone who likes to embed themselves into the business and work across a broad range of tasks.

Please note, this role is fully office based in Fareham. On-site parking is available. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, telephony and business systems, managing incidents through to resolution and keeping users updated throughout.
Manage IT operations and security, including hardware provisioning, access control, IT policies, service communications and escalation to internal or external specialists where required.
Support IT projects and improvements, including system implementations, integrations, technical developments and training users across the business.

Windows Server
Active Directory
Windows 11
Office 365 / Azure
VoIP / Network
