We're looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist who understands the fast-paced, varied world of MSPs. You'll be the trusted expert our clients rely on, handling everything from advanced troubleshooting to proactive system support.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing expert 2nd/3rd line support across Windows and Mac environments
Troubleshooting complex technical issues for multiple clients
Configuring and managing networking, firewalls, and security protocols
Building strong client relationships as a reliable technical advisor
Working collaboratively within a high-performing MSP support team
What We're Looking For
3-5 years' IT support experience - MUST include recent MSP experience
Solid knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems
Hands-on expertise with networking and security tools
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
