This temporary opportunity for a Senior Lawyer ASE & ECS (Child Protection) in the public sector is ideal for a legal professional with expertise in delivering high-quality legal services. Provide legal advice and guidance on a range of public sector matters.
Assist with conducting tribunal matters.
Advise on all SEND related matters.
Judicial reviews.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
Represent the organisation in court and during legal proceedings.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Support internal departments with legal expertise and risk assessments.
Manage case files and maintain accurate legal records.
Collaborate with external legal professionals and counsel when necessary.
Contribute to developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.Profile
A successful Senior Lawyer ASE & ECS (Child Protection) should have:
A professional legal qualification and membership with a recognised legal body.
Experience in handling public sector legal matters.

Competitive daily rate of £55.00/hour PAYE or £72.33/hour UMBRELLA, depending on experience.
