Looking for your next step in property? One of Ayrshire’s most established letting agents is searching for a Senior Lettings Manager to lead their team.
The successful applicant will:

Have a proven track record in property and a strong knowledge of the Ayrshire market.
*
Possess a solid understanding of the key elements of running a modern letting agency, including social media and marketing opportunities.
*
Be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with both new and existing landlords, and overseeing the coordination of property repairs and maintenance.
*
Be confident working with a lettings management programme (experience essential).
You’ll be fully supported by the Area Manager, Director, and an experienced admin and finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing lettings manager or an experienced lettings negotiator/agent ready to take the next step into senior management.
Package:

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year
