Senior Level Project Manager (Associate) Location: London, UK Client: Project Management Consultancy Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 plus package About the Role We are representing an award-winning project management consultancy seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join their team in London. Key Responsibilities As the Senior Project Manager, you will: * Lead Complex Projects: Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met. * Strategic Consultancy: Offer expert advice and strategic insights throughout the project lifecycle. * Set Project Parameters: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and business goals. * Quality and Safety Management: Uphold and implement rigorous quality and safety standards across all phases of the project. * Detailed Planning: Prepare comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. * Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with plans and addressing deviations proactively. * Change Management: Manage changes effectively to minimise disruption and maintain project integrity. * Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Qualifications * Educational Background: Degree in construction, real estate, project management, or a related field. * Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing real estate projects, ideally within a construction consultancy environment. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. * Professional Membership: Membership of professional bodies such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB is advantageous.
