Commercial Support
Contribute to client pitches with compelling content and storytelling
Partner with Sales teams to ensure solutions are market-ready
Provide input on optimising programmes for commercial success
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with licensors and external partners
Support alignment between central and regional teams
Team Development
Coach and support junior team members
Share best practices and contribute to capability building
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in licensing, entertainment, product development, retail marketing, or related commercial environments
Strong project management and organisational skills
