Senior Logistics Lead | Worcestershire | Sports | up to £40k
Zachary Daniels are partnering with a high growth business who are looking to appoint a Senior Logistics Lead.

This role will take the reins of the dispatch and inventory operation.
The role:
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll be the driving force behind fulfilment - ensuring every item is picked, packed, and delivered accurately, securely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the end-to-end fulfilment operation
Prepare, process & dispatch all customer orders to strict deadlines
Ensure every product leaves in pristine condition and is beautifully presented
Collaborate with sales, and customer service teams to solve problems fast
Roll up your sleeves during peak times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Support other departments from goods-in and e-commerce when required
Initially, you'll own this function solo - but as we scale, you'll be expected to build and lead your own high-performing team.
