Permanent £55,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

The Role
Handling complex, high-value claims? We're looking for an experienced Loss Adjuster to manage high net worth, major losses, and specialist claims like subsidence and escape of oil.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver top-notch claims services for high-profile clients.
* Manage cases with precision, meeting performance targets
* Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
* Produce outstanding reports and personalised correspondence.
* Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and resilience.
The Requirements
* Proven experience in property adjusting, ideally with major loss expertise.
* Progress towards or completion of ACILA or FCILA qualifications (preferred).
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Some out of hours work required
* A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* A clean driving license and the willingness to travel as required.
