Shift: Panama Days & Nights
Salary: £65,000

What You’ll Be Doing: Senior Maintenance Engineer
• Leading front-line engineering activities during your shift.
• Managing and developing a team of shift technicians.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across furnaces, machine tools, and automated systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Logging all maintenance work using CMMS (Agility).
• Supporting safe systems of work — including permits, isolations, and contractor management.
• Driving plant performance while keeping safety and compliance at the forefront.
• Collaborating with OEM engineers and cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For: Senior Maintenance Engineer
• Experienced engineer with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Comfortable leading a team and making engineering decisions on shift.
• Background in manufacturing or engineering – heavy industry is helpful but not essential.
• Confident with technical fault-finding and reading engineering drawings.
• Proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious.
