The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of property facilities. Description
Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance of property facilities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
Coordinate with contractors and external service providers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and completed tasks.
Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives within the properties.
Assist in budget planning for maintenance and repair activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.Profile
A successful Senior Maintenance Technician should have:
Proven technical skills in property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
Experience in a facilities or property management role within the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
