Responsibilities:
Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across international entities
Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance
Providing financial insight and analysis to support key decision-making
Managing and mentoring junior staff members
Supporting audit, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience required:
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Strong experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment
Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
International exposure or multi-entity experience preferred
