Job Description
CMA is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established international business based in Basingstoke. The company is a recognised leader in its field and is now seeking an FP&A Manager to join its EMEA finance function.
You will be partnering closely with senior commercial leaders and offers full ownership of financial planning and analysis for a key country-level business unit.
This is a senior finance role with real scope to influence – full P&L ownership, strategic decision-making and a clear path to add value.
What will the FP&A Manager role involve?
Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities
Own the full country P&L, driving performance and accountability across revenue, margin and OPEX
Business partner with commercial and operational leaders to support strategic decision-making
Deliver clear and insightful analysis to support sales objectives and operational improvement
Strengthen planning processes and enhance the quality and consistency of reporting
Oversee use and development of key reporting tools (including Tableau, Oracle, Longview and Cognos)
Take the lead on ad-hoc finance projects and support wider EMEA finance initiatives
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:
Qualified, ACA, CIMA or ACCA with proven FP&A experience in a senior role
Strong commercial mindset with advanced analytical and modelling skills
Confident business partner with experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders
Skilled in Excel and key financial systems with a hands-on and solutions focused approach
