Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Aerospace
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced manufacturing engineer with a strong background in aerospace? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Cheltenham. Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing engineering activities across new and existing aerospace programmes.
Develop, improve and implement efficient manufacturing processes and methodologies.
Collaborate closely with design, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Drive lean manufacturing, cost reduction and process optimisation initiatives.
Support the implementation of new technologies and advanced manufacturing techniques.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the aerospace or high-precision engineering sector.
Strong understanding of machining, assembly, and production processes.
Familiarity with aerospace quality systems (AS9100, NADCAP etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Benefits
