What you’ll be doing
* Support the test and diagnostics of electronic sub-assemblies during all phases of the product lifecycle.
* Provide engineering input during design and development to ensure testability and readiness for production.
* Introduce and manage test facilities, equipment configuration, and documentation (test specs, operator instructions).
* Diagnose production failures down to component level using both manual and automated test systems.
* Collaborate with design, operations, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
* Minimum HNC in Electronics or a related field (HND/Degree preferred).
* Proven experience in digital and analogue electronics manufacturing and test.
* Solid understanding of electrical test principles, fault diagnosis, and test equipment operation.
* Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP) for test documentation and non-conformance reporting.
* Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to generate clear technical documentation and reports.
