Purpose of the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and manage the organisation’s regional marketing strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and within defined budgets, this role is responsible for driving commercial growth across multiple customer journeys and channels both inbound and outbound.
The successful candidate will help strengthen the market position and customer base for the region while ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team focused on achieving commercial growth across regional markets.
* Set clear goals and priorities, fostering a collaborative and agile team culture.
* Oversee the marketing budget process, ensuring accurate forecasting, resource allocation, cost control, and performance reporting.
* Translate the overall marketing strategy into regional plans, policies, and budgets.
* Build awareness and strengthen brand positioning through relevant and engaging marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate and review regional campaign calendars, marketing plans, and performance evaluations.
* Align with global marketing functions to enhance engagement and conversion across all channels.
* Define, monitor, and evaluate metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.

Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* 10+ years of B2C digital marketing management experience, ideally within e-commerce, regional marketing, or product marketing.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
* Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven marketing.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
* Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of relevant legal and compliance aspects of digital marketing, including data privacy regulations.
