Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults on a variety of vehicles.
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
* Lead and supervise a small team of mechanics, providing guidance and technical support.
* Utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Keep detailed records of work performed and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
* IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanic, with a focus on complex diagnostics and repairs.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* A valid driving license and a clean driving record.
