Senior Mechanical Design Engineers – Dublin
A rapidly growing M&E business based in Dublin is expanding its mechanical design team. Specialising in data centres, pharma, education, healthcare, and commercial building services, they design HVAC systems, heat pumps, energy centres, plant rooms, and district heating systems for high-profile clients across the UK and Europe.
With headline-making projects such as Centre Parcs resorts, sports stadiums, hotels, and movie studios, this ambitious business is experiencing rapid growth and international expansion. Targeting a £400 million turnover by 2030, they are looking to double the size of their design team to support this trajectory.
The Opportunity
We are recruiting multiple Senior Mechanical Design Engineers for a permanent, full-time, office-based role in Dublin.
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead complex projects with full responsibility, mentor and manage team members at all levels, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to business growth and project success.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and specify mechanical building services, including HVAC, heating and cooling systems, renewable energy systems, plant rooms, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
* Produce detailed mechanical designs, layouts, drawings, and reports
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, sustainable solutions
* Support and mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
