Your Job As A Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer Will Include
* Designing mechanical building services installations (HVAC, drainage, fire protection, utilities)
* Attending client and stakeholder meetings
* Producing calculations, technical reports and specifications
* Mentoring junior engineers and supporting CPD
* Leading projects with Revit/BIM exposure (desirable)
The Ideal Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer Will Have:
* Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (Chartered or working towards)
* 5+ years' experience in mechanical services design (healthcare/education/commercial)
* Strong technical background with excellent communication skills
* Full clean driving licence and own transport
