Role: Senior Mechanical Designer
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Duration: 12 months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Rate: Hourly Rate
About the Role:
We currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Designer to join the team in Warrington. This role will play a key part in supporting complex engineering projects in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce CAD drawings from concept through to manufacturing detail, in line with relevant standards.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of design deliverables, including verification of drawings.
Support delivery of mechanical design work scope, including checking and reporting.
Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor (including use of Inventor Vault).
Modify and update existing drawings as the design develops.
Required Skills & Experience:
HNC (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
Proficient with Autodesk tools: AutoCAD, Inventor, RECAP.
Familiarity with 3D systems and design standards (e.g. BS 8888).
Previous experience working in highly regulated environments.
