The Role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take the technical lead on projects, working closely with clients, architects, and fellow consultants. You’ll manage designs through all RIBA stages, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to internal standards and innovation in the business.
What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years’ experience in mechanical building services design
* Degree-qualified in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
* Ideally Chartered (CEng) or working toward Chartership
* Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems and sustainable design principles
* Proficient in design software (e.g., Hevacomp, IES, Revit, AutoCAD)
* Confident communicator and a genuine team player
