Senior Mechanical / Design Engineer Required - Dublin
True are working with a leading global consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical / Design Engineer to join their growing team in Dublin. With 16 engineers, they’ve built a incredibly supportive and inclusive environment where collaboration, personal development and technical excellence are key.
The team has made headlines through their work on some of Ireland’s most prestigious healthcare projects. As demand grows, they’re now hiring a Senior Mechanical / Design Engineer to support the Associate Director in leading clients and managing the wider team across all project stages.
You’ll play a hands-on role in technical delivery, mentor Junior Engineers and represent the business directly with stakeholders. Chartership support is well structured, with internal mentors, training and a clear progression plan.
They offer a highly flexible hybrid model, typically two days in the office, though open to more flexibility for the right person.
