As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading projects from concept to completion, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior engineers. What you'll be doing:
Leading mechanical design across a variety of building services projects
Taking responsibility for project delivery, coordination, and client liaison
Supporting the growth of the London office and contributing to wider business development initiatives
Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Driving sustainable and innovative engineering solutions across all projectsWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a building services consultancy
Track record of delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and inspire teams
Chartered, or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent)
