Senior Mechanical Estimator

High Wycombe   

£70,000 - £75,000 + Annual Bonus  + Growing Employer + Healthcare plans + IMMEDIATE START.   

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a growing, family-run construction business and play a key role in its next stage of development. Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Estimator will include:
* Managing tenders from enquiry to handover 
* Completing labour and material take-offs 
* Reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes 
* Identifying risks and value-engineering opportunities   

The successful Senior Mechanical Estimator will have:
* Strong mechanical estimating experience 
* Mechanical building services knowledge 
* Design & build estimating experience 
* Strong commercial awareness 
* Residential, commercial, care or education experience
