Are you a mechanical estimating wizard ready to hit the ground running? Our client, a fast-growing and ambitious M&E contractor in Dartford, is expanding their team so rapidly that they’re turning away opportunities to bid because they just don’t have enough hands! This is your chance to join a vibrant, high-energy team and make an immediate impact.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you’ll be in the thick of the action:
* Dive into tender documents, analyse, raise RFIs, and liaise with the supply chain
* Prepare competitive, accurate tenders and present your costing approach and risk assessments
* Influence internal decisions in tender adjudication meetings
* Support smooth project handovers to operations, ensuring everything starts perfectly
Who We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years’ estimating experience preferred (but ambitious candidates who can hit the ground running are welcome!)
* Sharp commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
* Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
* A true team player who thrives under pressure and loves solving problems
* Confident attending client site meetings as required
