We’re hiring an experienced MEP Engineer to join our collaborative, national team in based within our dynamic Engineering and Sustainability Hub, this is a fantastic opportunity to help grow our Technical Due Diligence (TDD) service offering, while supporting Dilapidations and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services across high-profile commercial property projects throughout the UK and Europe.
You’ll work alongside a respected team on landmark buildings for clients including The Crown Estate, Legal & General, Aviva Investors, British Land, and Knight Frank Investment Management.
What You’ll Do
As an integral part of our MEP team, you will:

Lead and support TDD, dilapidation, and PPM instructions nationwide.
*
Help grow our TDD services as part of a strategic expansion plan.
*
Conduct site inspections and write technical reports for prestigious commercial portfolios.
*
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
*
Explore energy and carbon assessments as part of evolving our sustainability-led services.
*
Work closely with internal teams including building surveyors and project managers.
*
Contribute to the growth and success of an innovative, profitable, and sustainable service line
*
What You’ll Need
*
A degree in Building Services Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
*
A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
*
Commercial Technical Due Diligence experience is essential.
*
Knowledge of dilapidations and PPMs is highly desirable.
*
Membership or working toward IEng/CEng status (we’ll fully support this).
*
Proven ability to assess and report on MEP installations.
*
Strong client-facing communication and commercial awareness.
*
Interest in building decarbonisation and sustainability.
