Senior MI Developer
Location: Brentwood
Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive business decisions? We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior MI Developer to join our Operations team in Brentwood. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the integrity of MI processes and reporting systems
Build accurate and timely reporting solutions using technologies such as SQL, SSRS, SAS, and Excel
Support and lead data migration and reporting projects with both internal and external partners
Investigate and resolve data processing issues quickly and effectively
Deliver regular and ad hoc MI reports as part of a structured demand process
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needsWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in a similar MI or data analytics role
Strong data manipulation and reporting skills using SQL (SSRS, SAS, and Excel desirable)
Proven experience in delivering reporting solutions in a business environment
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data quality
Familiarity with data confidentiality standards and secure reporting
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage workload independently and under pressure
