Senior MICE Operations - our client is a leading name in the MICE market handling international groups coming to the UK for MICE and sports tourism.

Key skills we seek for this Senior MICE Operations role include :

  * fluency in Spanish and English

  * strong knowledge of the UK as a MICE destination

  * Experience of creating and designing MICE programmes including negotiating with key industry partners such as 5 star hotels, transport, restaurants, event spaces, guides and visitors experiences

  * Knowledge of operating meetings, conferences and incentive groups

The company offer a hybrid work life with 2 days in their central London office.

Boasting a low turnover of staff, the company work a lot with South American and Spanish corporate clients sending MICE business to the UK - they also work in the sports sector including football, motor racing,teniis and rugby.
