Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – New Build – Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire
Salary: Basic up to £31,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70k–£85k+)
Location: Home-Based – Covering Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, High Wycombe
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Opportunity
A fantastic home-based role for an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker with strong earning potential and all new build leads provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle new daily mortgage leads from developers
• Provide whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice
• Work across Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire
• Target £15,000–£20,000 monthly banking
• Manage clients remotely with full admin support
Requirements
• CeMAP qualified
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Knowledge of new build mortgages desirable
• Clean credit history & full UK driving licence
• Excellent telephone & relationship skills
