Mortgage Advisor – Weston-Super-Mare – £70K+ OTE | High Earnings

Basic £27K–£31K + Commission | Leads Provided

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a high-performing estate agency in Weston-Super-Mare.

This role offers high earnings, strong lead flow, and full support.

Role Overview

  * Manage mortgage leads from the estate agency

  * Conduct fact-finds and recommend suitable products

  * Convert appointments into completed business

  * Handle 2–3 cases per week

  * Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

  * CeMAP qualified

  * Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker experience

  * Strong sales and communication skills

  * Driven and motivated by high earnings

Package

  * £27K–£31K basic

  * Uncapped commission

  * £45K–£70K+ OTE
