Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – High Earnings – Congleton
Location: Congleton, Cheshire
Salary: Up to £29,000 Basic (including car allowance) + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Pension + DIS + 6-Month Financial Guarantees
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 in Year 1, rising to £70,000+ in Year 2

Role Highlights:
* High-Quality Leads:
Enjoy 8–10 fresh, qualified mortgage leads each week from a busy branch with a proven referral network. Expect to write 2–3 mortgage applications weekly, driving real results and maximising commission.
* Whole-of-Market Advice:
Offer clients whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, ensuring tailored, FCA-compliant solutions that meet their individual needs.
* High Earnings Opportunity:
A structured and uncapped commission model with earnings of 10%–25% on all business banked. OTE of £45,000+ in Year 1, with realistic high earnings of £70,000+ in Year 2 and beyond.
* Admin & Sales Support:
Focus on what you do best—advising. Our dedicated admin and case management support ensures a streamlined, efficient application process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver whole-of-market regulated mortgage and protection advice.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and introducers.
* Complete full fact-finds, affordability assessments, and product recommendations.
* Proactively identify remortgage, protection, and cross-sell opportunities.
* Maintain high compliance standards in line with FCA guidelines.
* Hit agreed performance and service KPIs in a target-driven environment.
You’ll Need To Succeed:
* Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – Essential.
* Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker (banking, estate agency or independent firm).
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* CAS status desirable but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
* Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions are mandatory.
