Home-Based New Build Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Yorkshire – High Earnings
Location: Yorkshire – Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Sheffield, York
Salary: Up to £29,000 basic + car allowance
OTE: £55,000–£70,000 (high earnings)

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a leading national brokerage seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to operate in a fully home-based role across Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new build–focused division with consistent leads and strong earning potential.
What’s on Offer:
• Up to £29,000 basic + car allowance
• Realistic OTE £55k–£70k (high earnings)
• 10–12 new build & shared ownership leads weekly
• 100% home-based role with full equipment provided
• 10%–25% commission + 6-month financial guarantee
Responsibilities:
• Advise on new build, shared ownership & residential mortgages
• Manage 10–12 leads weekly, aiming for 1–2 completions
• Provide whole-of-market, compliant mortgage advice
• Build relationships with developers across Yorkshire
Requirements:
• CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor / Broker
• Ideally holds CAS
• Experience with new build or shared ownership preferred
• Based in Yorkshire with good local knowledge
• Clean credit, no disciplinary issues
