New Build Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor – Yorkshire – High Earnings
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
OTE: £50,000 Year 1 | £75,000 Year 2
Location: Yorkshire (Leeds, Sheffield, York, Hull, Bradford, Harrogate, Wakefield)

A leading whole-of-market brokerage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to work across new build sites throughout Yorkshire, with ALL leads provided. Advisors receive 6 pre-qualified appointments weekly and typically sign up 4–5 mortgages each week. This role offers genuine high earnings, full diary flexibility and excellent support.

Role Overview:

  * Home-based with travel to new build sites across Yorkshire

  * All leads pre-qualified with fact-find completed by telesales

  * Whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice

  * Strong introducer relationships with national new build developer

  * Monday–Friday role with 1 weekend per quarter

Requirements

  * Fully CeMAP / CF1 & CF6 / MAQ

  * CAS status

  * Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

  * Strong protection knowledge
