Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS) - Birmingham - Career Growth & High-Profile Projects
I'm representing a leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a thriving presence in Birmingham, now looking for an MRICS-qualified Senior Building Surveyor to take a central role in delivering projects for some of the UK's most recognisable property owners.
This isn't a static role - it's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, wants more autonomy, and is ready to step up into a position with genuine progression potential.

You'll have the freedom to lead projects from inception to completion - from detailed surveys and feasibility reports to contract administration and client presentations

The work is a blend of professional services (dilapidations, defect analysis, party wall advice) and project delivery - no two weeks look the sameWhat you'll need:
MRICS status (or very close to achieving it)
Experience in a consultancy or client-side role covering commercial property portfolios
Strong communication skills - you'll be the trusted voice clients rely on
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commercial mindset
