Job Description
Faber Building Services Ltd is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative or Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. We specialise in aftercare maintenance on new build properties across the Southeast of England.
JOB ROLE:
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of aftercare and remedial works on residential new builds. Tasks including but not limited to:
* Painting & decorating
* Carpentry
* Tiling
* Tape & jointing
* Siliconing
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in multi-trade role (essential)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
* A full, clean UK driving licence (required)
* A valid CSCS card or willingness to obtain one
WHAT WE OFFER:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
* No on-call duties
* Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x rate

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
* Satisfactory Basic DBS Check
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
* Valid licences/qualifications
* Two satisfactory job references.
