Senior National Account Manager – Grocery | Challenger Hydration Brand
£70,000–£80,000 + car allowance + bonus + potential shares
London HQ – 1 day a week in office

The Role
Lead expansion across Grocery and Convenience, driving new listings and strengthening strategic customer partnerships.
Develop JBPs, promotional plans and growth strategies that unlock sustainable, profitable scale.
Present and pitch the brand story with energy and precision, inspiring buyers through insight-led selling.
Identify new market opportunities across Off-Trade to replicate international success.
Act as a visible brand ambassador — blending commercial rigour with lifestyle passion.
About You
Proven success scaling drinks brands within Grocery or Convenience (Ideally for a challenger or emerging brand)
Strong relationships and credibility with Off Trade buyers.
Confident, consultative negotiator with a track record of building brand equity and value.
Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
Naturally energetic, commercially sharp, and genuinely interested in sport, performance and culture.
Package & Location
£70,000–£80,000 + car allowance, bonus & potential shares.
London HQ one day per week with national customer scope.
