Senior .Net Developer, C#.Net, Agile, Cloud, Api, Dorking, Surrey to £60K (Hybrid 3 days)
A leading Financial Services outfit are requiring a Senior Developer as they plan to transform their systems and build bold, cloud-based digital products for the UK market. They're fast, agile, and engineering-led—and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to drive delivery and innovation.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and manage a high-performing agile development team
• Stay hands-on with coding while guiding technical delivery
• Own the full software development lifecycle
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Drive greenfield development of apps and APIs
• Champion automated testing and CI/CD practices
• Mentor developers and grow team capability
• Continuously improve processes, quality, and team culture
What you’ll bring:
