Job Title: Senior Network Engineer (ISP)
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £60,000

With a reputation for technical excellence and outstanding customer service, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting robust network infrastructures while acting as a senior technical resource within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security solutions.
Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Perform network assessments, capacity planning, and ensure documentation is up to date.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert escalation support.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
Required Skills & Experience:
CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent level knowledge).
Solid hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP), and QoS.
Experience with Cisco ASA/FTD firewalls, VPNs, and wireless (Catalyst or Meraki).
Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, PRTG, NetFlow).
