Job Description

Senior Operations Consultant Location: London – Hybrid (Minimum of 2 days on site and/or at a client) Type: Permanent, Full Time Are you passionate about driving operational excellence, shaping strategies, and delivering meaningful results for clients? We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to bring expertise, insight, and leadership to a range of client projects across multiple industries. About the Role You’ll provide subject matter expertise in operational efficiency, target operating models, KPI development, training, and coaching to maximise performance. You’ll lead and support multiple projects, working closely with clients to understand their bigger picture, delivering high-quality outputs, and turning data into actionable insights. What You’ll Be Doing * Leading and contributing to client delivery, ensuring results are on time and to exceptional standards * Quickly developing knowledge of our product offerings and how they apply to client challenges * Providing quality assurance, reviewing documentation, and coaching delivery team members * Managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating effective decision-making * Anticipating roadblocks and finding creative solutions * Ensuring governance, documentation, and programme plans are accurate and effective * Identifying further opportunities to support clients What We’re Looking For Essential: * Strong operational/contact centre experience, with deep understanding of operating models and performance metrics * Hands-on management or support of day-to-day operations * Experience developing and delivering tailored training materials * Proven ability to coach frontline teams for continuous improvement * Background in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, or Strategy * Excellent communication skills across all levels, including C-suite stakeholders * Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Teams * Exceptional time management and organisational skills Desirable: * Background in Utilities, Financial Services, or Telecoms * MSP, Prince II, or PMO experience * Business analysis and coaching/training expertise What You’ll Bring * Exceptional focus on delivery * Ability to learn and adapt quickly * Clear, confident communication skills * Team-working mindset with flexibility * Ability to grasp new concepts and drive results Why Join Us?
