My client is looking for an exceptional Senior Operations Manager to join the leadership team and drive operational excellence across their dynamic, driven business, headquartered in Bristol.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll have end-to-end ownership of the operations strategy - streamlining processes, enhancing performance, and building scalable systems that support rapid growth. This role is perfect for someone with an automotive background or a background in technology or tech-enabled businesses, who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Senior Operations Manager or similar leadership role in an automotive or tech company (high-growth environment)
Strong understanding of operational excellence, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
Comfortable with data, dashboards, and tools like CRM, ERP, and project management platforms.
Experience with the international market - ecommerce and store roll-out programs
A strategic mindset, with the ability to "zoom in and out" - from high-level planning to hands-on execution.
Ability to deliver robust solutions to the business in a dynamic environment
Proven experience of developing KIPs to drive service improvements, cost reductions, agility and quality improvements in line with the strategic direction, objectives and customer expectations
Excellent communicator and natural leader, able to bring people with you and inspire action.
