What you’ll be doing:
* Deliver high-quality surgical care during orthopaedic and spinal procedures.
* Lead and mentor a multi-functional team, ensuring staff are adequately trained and supported.
* Coordinate surgical procedures, aligning with clinical standards and patient safety protocols.
* Drive continuous improvement and expansion of the spinal service.
What we’re looking for:
* Active NMC/HCPC registration.
* Qualified Surgical First Assist or willingness to study when hired.
* Experience in an operating theatre setting with specific orthopaedic and spinal scrub skills.
* Strong desire to develop services and a true passion within the orthopaedics and spinal field.
