Job Description
We're on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward at a leading private healthcare provider based in London.
This full-time role offers a salary of up to £51,000 with an additional 9% shift enhancements. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a team that's making a real difference in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care.
As a Senior Staff Nurse in the Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward, your duties will include:
Guiding and mentoring junior nurses, using your extensive clinical knowledge to guide them.
Leading the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse.
Implementing and evaluating holistic care plans for children in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Participating in audits or quality improvement projects to continually improve the care provided.Package and Benefits:

NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.
Experience working within Paediatric Neurorehabilitation or complex care needs.
Experience with tracheostomised patients is desirable.
Knowledge of Safeguarding issues.
Teaching and mentoring experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.If you've previously worked or have interest in roles such as Paediatric Nurse, Child Registered Nurse, Neurorehabilitation Nurse, Complex Care Nurse, or Senior Staff Nurse, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
