Our client is on an exciting growth journey and now seeks a talented Senior Paid Media Buyer to take ownership of paid strategy and performance across Meta, TikTok and Google.
This is a hands-on, data-led role suited to a true performance marketer - someone who loves building, testing, and scaling campaigns, managing significant budgets, and driving profitable growth across multiple online brands. The Role:
As Senior Paid Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing and scaling ad campaigns across multiple brands and categories. You'll plan and execute paid strategies that deliver real commercial results, balancing creative insight with analytical precision. Working alongside internal brand and creative teams, you'll ensure every campaign is data-backed, targeted, and driving measurable ROI.
You'll take full ownership of budget allocation, campaign optimisation, audience testing, and reporting, working in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment where innovation is encouraged and success is measurable.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Google ad campaigns.
Manage six-figure monthly budgets, focusing on ROAS, MER, and CAC.
Test audiences, creative variations, and campaign structures to identify scalable opportunities.
Partner with creative teams to deliver high-performing, on-brand ad content.
Analyse daily data to identify performance insights and implement improvements.
Report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV and Conversion Rate.
Use tracking tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam and Motion App to ensure accurate attribution.
Maintain a structured testing framework across acquisition, retargeting and retention funnels.
Stay ahead of platform updates, new features, and emerging paid media trends.About You:
3+ years' hands-on paid media experience in e-commerce.
Proven success managing £50K+ monthly ad spend profitably.
Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, funnels and data-led optimisation.
Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Confident in data analysis and attribution tracking.
Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.What's on Offer?
