📍 Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
💰 Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus (OTE £70k)
We're working with a fast-growing digital agency in London that's looking for a Paid Social pro to join their performance team.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes paid social, enjoys getting stuck into high-value accounts, and wants to lead on strategy and execution while mentoring a junior exec.
⭐ What You'll Be Doing:
Planning, executing and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and more
Managing day-to-day client relationships and reporting on performance
Supporting on audits, new business pitches and campaign insights
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
✅ What They're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on paid social experience
Confident communicator - both with clients and internal teams
Data-driven, strategic mindset
Bonus: any PPC knowledge is a plus
