Job Description

Senior Parts Advisor – Chandlers Ford
Basic Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 | OTE: Competitive & Uncapped
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 17:30pm (1-hour lunch)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join our expanding team in the Chandlers Ford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong automotive knowledge and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Manage and support daily parts operations

  * 

    Identify, source, and supply parts for both retail and workshop customers

  * 

    Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  * 

    Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with stock control

  * 

    Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

  * 

    Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  * 

    Experience within the automotive trade is essential

  * 

    Strong parts knowledge across a variety of makes and models

  * 

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

  * 

    High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

  * 

    Confident using parts catalogues and ordering systems

What We Offer:

    Basic salary of £27k–£33k (depending on experience)

    Uncapped OTE

    Monday–Friday working hours—no weekends
