Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator
💷 Salary: Up to £32,000
📍 Location: Dundee/ Aberdeen

🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Process and manage complex client payrolls accurately and efficiently across multiple frequencies
✅ Act as a main point of contact for client payroll queries, ensuring a high level of service
✅ Support and mentor junior payroll colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise
✅ Liaise with HMRC, pension providers, auditors, and other external stakeholders
✅ Perform reconciliations, year-end processing, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation
✅ Assist Payroll Operations Managers with workload planning and process improvement initiatives
✅ Identify opportunities to streamline payroll operations and introduce automation
🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile
🌟 Proven experience in payroll administration – ideally within a bureau or accountancy firm
🌟 Excellent communication and client relationship skills
🌟 Strong technical knowledge of UK payroll legislation
🌟 High accuracy, attention to detail, and confidence working to strict deadlines
🌟 Experience supporting or mentoring team members (desirable)
🌟 Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
