Senior People Business Partner – Learning and Development
Location: Plymouth, Hybrid
Salary: £53,303+ excellent benefits
We're working with a respected not-for-profit organisation based in the South West that's undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. They’re now looking for a Senior People Business Partner to take the lead on workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and talent strategies across the organisation.
Duties:
* Lead strategic workforce and talent planning initiatives.
* Drive leadership development and succession planning.
* Oversee the L&D function, including apprenticeship programmes.
* Embed a performance and learning culture through coach-based leadership.
* Line manage and develop a small, high-performing L\&D team.
Essential Skills
* Senior-level experience in L\&D or OD within a large, complex environment.
* Strong grasp of strategic workforce planning and talent management.
* Proven ability to influence at all levels and manage change effectively.
* CIPD Level 7 (or working towards it) and evidence of CPD.
* Experience with apprenticeships, funding, and digital learning platforms.
