About the Role:
Penguin Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a respected planning consultancy in Manchester to recruit a Senior Town Planner. This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Planner to join a supportive and well-established team working on a wide range of planning projects across the North West, with a particular focus on residential and mixed-use developments.

Managing and delivering planning applications and appeals for residential and mixed-use schemes
Providing planning strategy and advice to a wide range of clients
Coordinating with local authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
Attending public consultations and representing clients at hearings
Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development effortsRequirements:
MRTPI Chartered Town Planner (essential)
Demonstrable experience working on residential and mixed-use planning schemes, ideally within the North West
Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system and local policies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work both independently and within a teamInterested?
