Are you an experienced Site Agent or Site Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a diverse range of civil engineering projects across the region.
About the Role
As a Senior Planning Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing, managing, and maintaining project programmes from tender through to completion. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time — bringing your valuable on-site experience to the planning process.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage detailed project programmes using recognised planning software.

Support project delivery teams in monitoring progress and identifying opportunities or risks.

Work collaboratively with engineers, managers, and clients to ensure realistic and achievable schedules.

Provide input into project methodology, sequencing, and resource allocation.

Assist with tender programmes and project reporting.
About You

Previous site-based experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager, or similar is essential.

Strong understanding of civil engineering construction methods and project delivery.

Proficiency with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
